Does anybody know of a good, sort of general cover-all fact sheet about PCOS? You see, I have a family member whom I am trying to educate (because she thinks I'm making it up), and before I go and compose a huge paper on the subject complete with footnotes (I'm desperate), I was wondering if anybody knew of a fact sheet that was already available? I read the "Pamphlet For Friends/Relatives of Women With PCOS" in one of the other subforums, but it wasn't quite as detailed as I was hoping for, since it'd be helpful to have references from actual medical doctors in order for my family member to consider it "believable." I am looking for something that explains what PCOS is, how it begins, the physical and reproductive consequences, dietary needs, and related emotional issues such as depression and self-esteem problems. If I could have her read this whole entire message board, I would

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
