My Mood: Points: 9,731.91 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 9,731.91 | Steph - Sorry about CD 1.
Codi - I o'd late w/ my twinkies. Well the 1st time I'd o'd was CD 15 and the next time was around CD 19.
Well I just told my bookstudy overseer that we are offically moving the end of June. He was bummed, but really made me feel like we made the right choice. I really, really love where we live. It's just too expensive w/ the kids and all. And we are trying to get out of debt and buy a house and loose the credit cards. This is like the only way to do it. South Florida is so expensive. When we move we will be staying w/ my parents for a while.
Wish we were getting our own place, but one year of not having our own space for possibly years of having our own space is so worth it. When I think about moving and the friends that we are going to miss down here I tear up or cry every time. Now, when I think of taking my kids away from their sitter, I bawl. I love her so much and she loves my kids like they are her flesh and blood. I told my mom to have another sweet, cuban sister ready for my babies when I get there. LOL! Days like this make me wish the new system was here now so I could spend as much time as I'd like w/ our friends and family.
It's late and I need to pump still. UGH!!!
Erika

After DH and I got married I moved to Holland. DH still lived at home when we were dating and once he knew we would be getting married he started putting his name in for apartments. Your put on a waiting list. We were # 300 and something By the time we got married we were like # 100 and something. So that meant we had to live in the attack of his parents until we were chosen for an apartment. We ended up being put on an emergency list and still had to wait till June to move in. We got married in December. We did it....and even though it sounded horrible living with parents after getting married it really helped us to get settled into marriage and for me to get settled in Holland without working. We had our days....believe me!!!! There were some evenings we would just go for a walk or out for dinner just to have time alone. If you feel you guys need some time then go out. That always really helped me stay sane. Maybe make some date nights out just you and hubby. I'm sure your parents would love to watch the little ones Just imagine how good it will feel to move into your new house and debt free!!
Codi - Sounds positive Let us know how the testing goes.

Just an update:
My husband and I have officially decided to adopt a child! I can't remember what I had posted before, but we would like a girl/possibly a boy 5yrs of age or younger. We are going to adopt through the state of California. We have made reservations to attend the orientation for fost-adopt...although we want to adopt. I have a child in mind that I have seen pictures of, but I do know that it is likely we won't get her. Our orientation isn't until June 28. The next one is on May 10th, and that is Mother's day weekend and well, obviously because i'm a florist I have to work I'm really sad. But...excited to actively be starting this whole process.

Chloe~That's wonderful! I've mentioned it before, but a bro and sis that live next door adopted FOUR kids. She kept having repeated miscarriages and they couldn't figure out why...so after m/c #8, they quit trying and started adopting.

Chloe - I think it's great that you and DH would like to adopt! What made you 2 decide to move onto that? My DH is not up for that YET. He wants us to try everything else 1st to see if it can happen on it's own. I can kind of agree but sometimes I feel like I'm tired of waiting. I 1st want to see how this appt goes in June with the RE. I really hope he can help us!
Kerri - How are things going with you and hubby?
Mom's surgery has been moved to Monday at 1:00. I'm getting off of work at 11:00 that morning. She's so nervous! I feel so bad for her. DH and I are driving to the mountians tomorrow to pick up a good friend of my moms. She's coming to help us out for a while. She's going to help take care of mom after her surgery and just to help around the house since dads working and has the meetings. I'm so glad she can come! I know she'll take good care of mom. So tomorrow is going to be a really long day. About 8 hours on the road. I am looking forward to seeing some in the cong there. We will be getting there right about the time the meeting is ending so it will be nice to see everyone again.
Well.....I'm at work today and will be getting off soon. We need to go work clothes shopping for DH.
Have a good weekend everyone
