Hello everyone, I just moved to Lafayette Louisiana and I love it. We have a convention next weekend in Lake Charles. I'm looking forward to it. I'm so happy to see my sisters here. I'm newly baptised Dec. 07, but raised around the truth since birth, family are witnesses. Happy to start working on my health and learning more about PCOS and treatments. Not ttc. Single.

I'm going to put my foot up again. Oh yeah.....no surgery needed I'm going to try to go back to work the day after Labor Day. We'll see how that goes. I can't put any weight on it for 2 weeks. Will be on cruchtes for 6 weeks I'm hoping I can get around pretty well by the time my MIL comes on the 12th.

Well, AF came again. That was round 6 of clomid. I asked my RE if we can do IUI's this month but they don't want to do it if there arn't any male factors. So, she is at least doing another month of clomid with more blood work then I go back in for a follow up. She wants me to move on to injectibles, but my coverage will only cover maybe a month. I don't know what to do.

Hello all! I just went to the 2008 "Guided by God's Spirit" district convention last weekend. It's the first meeting I've been to in months, and I must say I am very encouraged. I have been inactive for some time now, and would like to get back on track. I think the 2 new books are excellent, and the drama and experiences were very enlightening.
Was wondering if anyone here could send me a copy of the current Our Kingdom Ministry, as I would love to go to the meeting this week, but am embarrassed for not having the KM, and not being prepared. I was able to get a copy of the Watchtower study, so I'm good on that for the next month.
Any help / encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
Vwagen01: Wasn't that Assembly just wonderful? I attended mine in July in Richmond. Jehovah will definitely bless your efforts in trying to establish a relationship once again with him. Always remember he will never leave you as long as you work with with him, he's there. Not sure where you are as far as sending you a copy of the KM. I don't have a scanned copy of mine nor a working scanner, but just go to the meeting even if you don't have anything. Go as you are and I know for a fact someone there will supply you with all you need. No need to be embarrassed. Not one bit. We are one united family in Jehovah's organization, never forget that. Like the prodigal son, you may have been away from home for a while, but you're back and your father is so so happy and he is going to do all that he can to make sure you are well taken care of. Know that.
This race for life we are running in isn't over. And it isn't some type of "sprint" that we can finish real fast. No. It's a marathon. And in a marathon, we all must pace ourselves steadily. If we get tired, we have our brothers and sisters along side of us to keep us moving, keep us running. Reach out and we'll hold your hand, we'll help you.
RLGould27, I so agree with you. Vwagen01 I completly understand how you feel, it held me back from going to meetings for a long time. I'm 31 and finally got baptised after being raised in and out the truth. My mom is 57 and has been out for 19 years and has made rapid progress in the last 6 months and has quit smoking again for almost the second month. I'm ecstatic! I can't wait to see her reinstated so we can go door to door together. Don't ever feel too embarassed to make a meeting, that is OUR support group and it seems like when I don't have the materials or haven't even prepared, someone has extra to share with me and they are encourged that I didn't let that stop me. What a wonderful family we belong to. So much love and such an understanding & forgiving father we have!

Holland! Where have u been?? Anyways the only news with me is we've put off trying for a baby. I went to the naturopath on Thursday and he could hardly find anything RIGHT with me.. so I have to take a few months off to get healthy. He was an iridologist and it was amazing the chart next to the picture of my eye.. I am so far off being healthy with almost EVERY organ!!! Yikes.. Hubby has a lil bit to go too, too tense so were on DISQUSTING herbs. But hopefully it gets us healthy and in a few months we could fall preg super easy. LETS HOPE! Hope everyone is going well... talk soon! And holland, Id love to hear back from you!!

Hello everyone. I'm still recovering from my broken foot. I can't put any weight on it until I see the Dr on Wed. I'm hoping he'll let me use it some after that. I went back to work on Thur. I was about to lose it here at the house. I need structure...LOL I can't spend day in and day out alone So I figured instead of sitting on my butt at home I'd just do it at work. Everyone has been very helpful. I don't have to get up but to use the bathroom. The brothers met with us last week after the meeting to fill out an accident report since I fell walking into the hall. We told them not to worry about it since we have our own insurance but I guess it still has to be filled out. They were very good about it.
Anyway......DH's mom is coming into town on Friday. She'll be here for 3 weeks. I'm really bummed that I broke my foot now.....since we had lots planned to do with her. Now she'll be pushing me around in a wheelchair. UGGGGGGG!!!!! I want to be free again...LOL
Our house has turned into a bachelor pad I'm so sick of eating casseroles I could pukeDH is not the best cook so mom has been making dishes and putting them in our fridge so all he has to do is put them in the oven when he gets home from work. When he picked me up from work today he took me out for lunch....it was so nice to have a hamburger with fries. We went to the restaurant we ate at the night we got engaged.
Ok...so there's all my ranting....carry on ladies...LOL
