Hi Ladies!
It's been a while. Lost you all. Hello to those I don't know. A lot has been happening. Our brand spanking new double KH that we have been praying for for years has finally been finished!! We had our first Watchtower and Public Talk last Sunday at 3. Thursday is our first TMS and Service Meeting. It's sooooooooo pretty. =)
Ok, since France and Greece have been removed from the International Convention options. I guess I'm gearing up for Germany. Had to tap into my savings to pay the bills for the last two months, so I am praying I can get that back from my income tax refund money.
My mother's health is deteriorating. She cannot follow along with the reading at book study, nor does she really grasp the understanding of what is going on. Yet, I remember when I was young, she told me that SHE accepted the truth so that she could save her children. I love my mom. And the fight and love for Jehovah is still in her. She may can't focus or understand or follow along b/c of what the strokes have done to her, but gosh darnnit, her spirit is still as determined as ever. She still fights with all she has to get ready for the meetings so I can take her. It's a struggle, but she does it and it is so encouraging to me. Did I say I love my mom? I really do!!
I got the results of my second blood test for Beta levels today. The Dr's office called and asked me to repeat it again tomorrow as the levels are not rising like they should. My bubble is not completely burst, but I am trying to prepare myself for the worst. I'm still on met though for the first trimester, and that is supposed to reduce the risk of mc. I hope that is enough. The worst is I have to wait for tomorrow to do the test - and hopefully they have the results by Friday so I know before the weekend. I don't want to have to wait until next week to know, I am so anxious - I need to go to bed so I can go to sleep and stop thinking of it.
