However I told DH that we were going to BD for 12 nights straight using Preseed...LOLL We're on our 9th night now. I'm wondering how this is going to work since we are at my parents for the weekend. I know it's probably useless at this point but I want to be sure we have covered all our bases.
Let us know how the test goes on Monday. I've wanted to try Famera but know DR has given it to me yet.
Codi - I love Preseed!!! I can really tell now that I was really dry before we started using it. I hope this will do it for us but after trying for 4 years that may not happen. At least I'm going to the RE in June though so that's something I'm excited about.

Holland,
My parents go to the Silver Spring Cong. in MD. My dads an elder and my moms a pioneer. They are in the Farsi group for VA, MD, & DC...
My DH's family is from the College Park cong originally and are now in the White Oak congregation. We have several friends in the VA congs... We are going to Richmond this year to visit everyone for our Dist. Conv. - last weekend in July...

Welcome Rebecca!
I did get diagnosed by my symptoms and confirmed through the ultrasound.
Holland - Even if the preseed isn't the answer right now at least you can still enjoy the week and your efforts ;-)
Gotta go. I'll update more later.

My Mood: Points: 22,576.01 Bank: 0.02 Total Points: 22,576.02 | Chloe~ Adoption through the state is usually free. We have a brother and siser that live next door who adopted 3 of their 4 kids through the state and they actually get a stipend every month for their care. Their eldest child was a private adoption 19 years ago...and it was only $2,000. How times have changed!
Rebecca~ Welcome! I've seen you around and didn't know you were a sister . Always nice to have another on board! As for diagnosis, I was diagnosed through my symptoms first when I was 18...I've actually never had ovarian cysts. I did have the ultrasound, but they found nothing. When I was 22, I went to an endocrinologist who did all the necessary blood work and found that I do indeed have PCOS...but it's just bad enough to cause weight gain and furriness...and the weight gain led to infertility.
Steph~ You're fortunate to have a DH that doesn't mind all that action. Even when we were TTC, I never saw him "in that way" more than once a week. It's a wonder I got PG at all!! I've been told from other guys that once DH gets his vasectomy he might be more interested because he has to clear out the pipes. Somehow, I don't see that happening!
Asa had a rough day today. He was such a crank! Slept like crap, too. I'm hoping he was just having an "off" day and isn't coming down with something. I've been very fortunate this go-round. Josiah got his first cold at 3 weeks old, Dominique got her first at 1 month...Asa is 8 weeks old now, and nary a sniffle, so I hope this stays the trend!

My Mood: Points: 8,686.79 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 8,686.79 | From a family of foster care and adoption (not in our household but a lot of my extended family did it), there is only one real caution when doing foster care. You get attached to a child and may not get to keep them. MY DH and my SIL are adopted. I have three sets of aunts and uncles that did foster care. One of the children that one of my aunts did foster care for is now her 9year old son. Unfortuantely she is still keeping one of the little girls that she did foster care for. I say unfortuantely b/c the little girl is now awarded to her mother, who gets $ for her, but my aunt keeps her. (Long story about what its doing to her relationship w/ my uncle.) I also have another aunt and uncle that did foster care and kept a little boy from birth until he was 3 years old. He's back w/ his mom and she is sheer evil. She knows we love him so she won't let us see him anymore.
Sorry so long. My point is that you just never know w/ foster care and have to really be prepared for it. You just never know what's going to happen once the courts decide anything. You have to have your heart prepared for the best and your mind prepared for the worst. The kids always stay in your mind and heart no matter how short of a stay they are w/ you. I named my Haillee after one of the baby girls I got attached to over 4 years ago. I still have her pictures and everything.

My Mood: Points: 50,677.45 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 50,677.45 | Hi Rebecca-
I was diagnosed w/ PCOS when I was 21. It took YEARS of pain and agony to finally get a diagnosis. I had ultrasounds that were normal and blood work that was normal too. Finally I begged a gyn to do a lap surgery to see what was going on. She did and she found my ovaries to be in very bad shape. It was pretty much told to me that I had a very limited time to get prego. Well 8 years later-they were wrong! But anyways-I demanded surgery and that's the only way they found it. Once they saw what was going on they did ovarian drilling and immediatley put me on Metformin. Since then things have been lots better. I hope you get some answers soon!
Hope everyone enjoyed the special talk yesterday! Hope you're all well! I'm tired-gotta go to bed.

It's a much small cong than we have now. We now have about 160 pubs, 15 elders and 18 pioneers. Sometimes you feel like your getting lost in the crowd because of it being so big. The cong we're going to be in once we move has about 60 pubs.
I took mom to the mountians on Tue to see her family. There up in age and not doing so well so we thought we should try to go a little more often. We had a very nice visit with them! It's about 3 1/2 hours driving each way. It's such a nice drive though. All mountians and country roads.
I hope everyone is doing well!

Tons of creamy cm, sensitive nips, sore bbs, lower backache, crampy since O, super bloated (I have pics of the difference that is crazy), fatigue, wake up a few times in the middle of the night, my skin has been breaking out, nausea the last couple days... but I've also never Oed before (I don't think) so stuff could be from that... I'm gonna test again tomorrow.. we'll see!
Some cysters think I Oed on CD 19 instead of CD 15... so I'd only be 9 DPO if I Oed later.. So who knows!

My Mood: Points: 22,576.01 Bank: 0.02 Total Points: 22,576.02 | Codi~ Just so you know, with all 3 of my PGs I O'ed late! I mean by more than a week! I was right on time and then it turns out that for some reason I would O late and then those were the cycles I got PG. It's really weird lol.
Well, DH goes May 23rd for the ol' snippety-doo-dah. I'll be so glad not to have to use condoms anymore. While they make the um..."after" part much easier for me, they're annoying. I'm on BCPs right now, but DH doesn't want to take ANY chances (frankly, neither do I!), so we're doing both.
Asa had his 2 month check today. He's 13lbs. 8oz, porking up nicely lol.
I joined a gym last night, and while it was uncomfy because some lady kept looking me up and down with a look of disgust on her face, I can ignore it and do what I'm there to do. I don't care anymore. I'm not letting someone else's prejudices stop me from achieving my goal of health.
Steph~ Sorry about CD 1 I'm really hoping it happens for you soon, sweetie. I know how you're feeling. I mean, even though I have 3 now, I remember what it was like going through IF. I only went through it for 3 years, but the feelings are still there...I sometimes still have a hard time seeing PG women, especially those I know because I know it didn't take them a lot of trying, and I guess there's a twinge of jealousy there and sadness.

I swear every customer that come into the bank I work at was there. Thankfully I can cover rolls up with work clothes, but gym clothes it's a little more difficult
