Default All of Sudden Getting Acne or Something That Looks Like Acne

One thing I've been fortunate not to get with PCOS is acne. I was diagnosed back in my 20's and now I'm 42. Never a problem with acne...until now. And I'm not sure that it is even acne.

Probably going on two months now, I've noticed bumps on my thighs. Of course, at first I tended to pick on them a bit hoping that they would drain a bit and then dry up and go away like most blemishes do. Well, they haven't. Now I have a cluster of bumps on one cheek of my bum! What the heck?

I haven't been doing anything out of the norm, except for starting to take organic flaxseed oil tablets. I want to get my requirement of Omega 3 and 6 oils which is good for you.

I also received a month's sample of cohosh which a friend of my recommended. She works for a company who makes all natural supplements. I asked her about perimenopause and what could help with the symptoms (like anxiety, PMS, etc.). I started taking that a couple of weeks ago.

Other than taking those two new supplements, nothing has changed. I haven't gained any weight. I'm still taking the same dosage of Met, Demulin and Spironolactone that I've been taking for quite some time.

Any ideas?

Could be blocked pores, ingrown hairs, heat rash, an allergy...

I have a sensitivity to dairy products and I can't drink milk. I find that when I do I get these horrible bumps on my bum! I did a detox and found they went away. I have had little bumpy spots on my legs before and still do... they are ingrown hairs.
