First and foremost...
I thank God for always listening to my prayers and responding as He sees fit.
I am thankful for my wonderful fiance, who has done so much for me and always been there for me, no matter what.
I am thankful for my future in-laws (mother, sisters, brothers, etc.)...I am about to gain a whole new family and they have all been so wonderful to me.
I am thankful for my own family...my sisters and my extended family, who have always been willing to lend a hand, a shoulder or an ear when I needed it.
I am thankful that I have a decent job (with benefits!), a roof over my head, food in my stomach, and a car to get me where I need to go.
I am very thankful for my mother - for everything she gave me, and the morals and values she instilled in me. I know she is looking down on me, and I hope she's proud of me.
I am thankful every day when I wake up - it's another day that God has given me.
