Has this happened to anyone else! I have finally put 2 and 2 together! This has happened in the past but I didn't think anything of it or didn't relate it to Met!

Well I started 500 mg of it on Jan 2nd and just upped the dose to 1000 mg Feb 8th! On Friday I started breaking out with a rash/hives...really strange! Lots of itching but mostly on my hands and arms! I have discontinued it now! I am feeling a little better now after taking antihistamines!

I am so stressed out now because I want a baby so badly and I'm thinking this is going to make things harder now!

Just wanted to share my experience!

You should definitely call the doctor to make sure. If you have insulin resistance, Metformin can really help regulate your periods and assist you in getting pg! Good luck!
