 Alpha lipoic acid and weird smelling pee???
I started taking ALA yesterday (again...) and after taking it, my pee smelled like it smells when I eat asperagus. You know that weird asperagus pee smell??? Smelled like it all afternoon/evening, then didn't this morning, but I took ALA w/ breakfast, and my pee has smelled weird again.
Has anyone else had this side effect? I don't know what else could account for it. I know I'm not pregnant (that made my pee smell weird before) and I haven't had asperagus in months...
