 alternative to aldactone
I would like to get of aldactone because I heard it could cause tumors. But the problem is it works so well for me. What should I take instead???I wish I could take saw palmeto but I am allergic to it! Some one had told me to take licorice,vitex and peony! But I do not know how much I should take and how often! i would like it to be effective and take the place of aldactone!!1Does anyone know how to take these, such as what doses I need.
