You can take natural progesterone cream after you ovulate. You can find it at walmart or any drugstore or GNC. It is usually in the menopause section, as ladies going through the change use it to help regulate their hormones when they are no longer having regular cycles. Search for progestrone cream on here for more info. I plan on starting to use it this cycle.

Yes u can take Femaprin and Progon B at the same time, but Femaprin is meant to be taken every single day. Progon B on the other hand, should not be taken every day consecutivly for months and months
8-10 days before you want to get a period, start taking 3 Progon B pellets under your tounge TWICE per day, 12 hours apart, take it like this for 8-10 days or more, and stop when Aunt Flo comes. It is important to let the pellets mostly dissolve for at least 8 minutes in your mouth, under your tounge, then swallow, and do not eat or drink anything for 20 more minutes. Stop using it when AF comes.
I dont use Progon B unless I need to bring on a bleeding every once in a while. Some women use it every month, in that case, you would start using it on cycle day 18-20 every month, then stop using it when AF comes.
But scince you are using Femaprin, I recomend only using Progon B every 3 months or so, only if AF doesnt come on her own
