Since I started doing my herbal-vitamin regimen, I've been having very vivid dreams every night (while over the past few months when not on any supplements - except for B complex- I didn't remember/have any dreams at all).
Does anyone know which supplement could be related to this? Ideas? Speculations?
I divide take my pills twice daily, in the morning and late at night, except for the vitamin B complex which I only take in the morning (as it keeps people awake).
I've included a poll in this thread.

I can't say that any alternative meds give me vivid dreams, but the hormone progesterone is known to cause vivid dreams. So if you're post-O, your dreams will probably be more vivid.

You probably ovulated that is why you have had vivid dreams. The combo must be working well for you!
