Default Alternative plan... check out my chart!

Okay, since I started taking the maca tablets about a week ago, my temps have completely leveled out! My cervix has been soft, high, wet and open for a while now - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is our month! Here's my chart link...http://www.tcoyf.com/chart.asp?id=jennah77

Here is my plan:

1000-1500mg of Maca
500mg B6,B12, Folic Acid Supplement
Prenatal Vitamin
Green tea
Instead cup after bd'ing
Reiki - just got certified in Level I for self healing
I just added inositol 500mg today when it came in

When I O - I was thinking of using NPC to help b/c I usually have low progesterone

Let me know your thoughts....

How long have you been on Maca? Have you noticed any other changes? I'm thinking about trying it but have just started doing the research. Any advice?

I love maca!!! It helped me too!!! I have not taken it for the last 2 months and I can so tell!! When I was told I had blockages in both tubes I stopped everything. But I have started again and totally forgot about that! It was the first thing I was on!

Maca - Maca is used for infertility enhancement. Maca does not contain hormones, as many other supplements do, but it does help women to produce a natural balance of her own hormones. Maca promotes the production of LH (Lutenizing Hormone). LH causes ovulation. Maca has been shown to increase chances of conception. Maca may help with menstrual irregularities, female hormonal imbalances, menopause and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It has shown to increase energy and stamina, which is important while trying to conceive
