Default Alternative Regimen

Good Morning

I started my Alternative Regimen and I think it's ok but wanted to know what you ladies thought. Here are my goals 1) Get a regular period 2) Lose Weight 3) Get pregnant. I was wondering if I should up the vitex to 1200mg. I was also thinking of adding Inositol I read some good things about it I thought it could help me ovulate. Is there anything else I could take to help me ovulate? I also have a dark patch on my cheek that irritates the hell out of me. I'm not sure what I can take for that. All suggestions welcomed. Thank you!

Here's what I've been taking Vitex 800mg, Flaxseed Oil capsules 1000mg, Cinammon 2000mg

It looks good to me - I just recently started taking Inositol so I'll let you know how it goes for me. I take cinnamon 1000mg, Vit B6, B12, Folic Acid, Prenatal Vitamin, Inositol 500mg, Maca Tablets 100mg.
Some people have luck with Vitex, I took it for a while but didn't see a huge difference, but am thinking of trying it again.
I hope that it works for you. One thing to keep in mind is that most alternative/herbal remedies take a while to build up in your system so you may not see results immediately - be patient. It takes an average of 3 months for Vitex to start working so hang in there.

My advice would be to keep your current regimen for a few months and if you are still not ovulating, then add in another supplement.

Are you charting your fertilty signs? If not, you should, it is very beneficial in knowing when you are ovulating....

Best Wishes!
