Alternative Remedies... Hi Everyone!
I am just interested in finding out about any alternative remedies that you have used with success to help with your PCOS.
I am also reading from the Alternative Remedies section on this board but want to know what the UK cysters are doing.
I am mainly trying to regulate my menstrual cycle... and then TTC; later.
It would be really helpful if you can give some feedback.
If a similar topic is already in existence... please direct me to it!

Agnus Castus has helped to regulate my cycle in the past but havnt used it for a couple of years now.
Low carb diet was my "wonder drug!" Can not recommend it enough!

Hello Ladies...
I am also thinking of taking Angus Castus... I see Holland and Barret have it on sale!
I have been reading about it on the other board and it seems like a good idea. So I am off shopping.
Thanks everyone for your feedback.

Also wanted to add that I am on a low-crab diet too. Hopefully that will also help towards regulating my cycle.
