Default Always thirsty?

Ever since I started Met (2000 mg) about 3 weeks ago, I've noticed that I am always thirsty and I have to sip water constantly. If I don't my mouth dries up and I feel very blah. Anyone else notice increased thirst?

yup met did that to me also when I first started it. Its important to stay hydrated so your liver and kidneys dont have to work even harder, plus i've been told losing weight is easier when you're hydrated appropriately. hope this helps!

Thanks! Yes, it's probably a good thing because I am definitely getting my recommended water intake. I've lost 11 pounds already, so I'm happy about that. I'm back to my pre-unexplained weight gain weight. Just 9 more pounds to my goal weight.
