I sleep a lot too, and when I get up its only 4 or 5 hours before I feel like I need sleep again. I feel like I am sleeping my life away! ugh!

I had my sleep study done. I didn't qualify for the full blown study, since I don't have sleep anae (YAYAYAYAYA!) *but* I am going to be used as a control for the study. So I'm going to get 5 days of testing done on my hormones, metabolism, and fat -for free- (actually they pay me since it's a study!), and then we can move forward with my treatment. I'm super excited, and I hope the study will yield some answers for all of my Soul Cysters with PCOS and sleep apnae!
