Default Am I considered thin?

Not sure if I would be considered a thin cyster or not. I am about 6ft (5'11 and 1/2) and between 145-150. I am a personal trainer, spin instructor, and a full time fitness specialist so I do have some muscle to me.

I used to be around 125 but that was too thin I think and at least have a chest again.

Yes, you are definitely thin. Many shorter people may not realize it but being tall adds pounds just because you have extra bone! I'm a few inches shorter than you (5'8" 1/2) and I weigh 140. My doctor didn't believe that I had PCOS until he diagnosed me on an ultrasound because he said I'm way to thin for the usual PCOS girls he sees. Muscle also does add weight as well as I'm sure you know since you teach fitness.
