Exactly 14 days ago (I know this b/c I was in the airport after returning from a business trip) I experienced intense pain on my lower right side (probably a few inches in from where my hip bone is). It lasted for about 2 hours and at times could be so intense that I had to stop and breathe for a bit. NEVER have had pain like this. While I was on my trip (2 days) I had very slippery CM. I really feel as though I O'd but can't be for certain b/c I've never done that on my own. I also haven't had an AF on my own since high school (10-12 years ago). My DH and I are TTC but completely naturally as RE wants to wait until I'm down to 200 for any assistive therapies. Right now I'm down to 238 from 273 in early August. Because I felt so sure that I O'd we BD'd every day (some times multiple times a day) for the next four days. Then I let (or tried to) let it drift from my mind as I know that it's really not supposed to happen that easily for women with PCOS. BUT I've also heard that ovulation can begin spontaneously during weight loss and with Met.
Early last week I started breaking out BIG time. Other than one every few months, I haven't had more than one pimple since high school. Now I'm breaking out like crazy. My sister said this was one of her biggest PG symptoms. Late last week and early this week my nipples started feeling super sensitive. Anything that brushed them almost hurt. A few days later my BB's started feeling tender. A day or so later I started really feeling the tenderness when I took off my bra. Then last night - HOLY COW. It was painful! I had to hold them while I bent over to get a night shirt out of my drawer. I was tempted to put the bra back ON but I didn't want to move them too much. Today it's not so bad at work but I have a bra and then a cami with a built in bra supporting the girls. Other than that I notice that I get tired much earlier in the evening than normal. I'm typically a night owl but my eyes are now heavy shortly after 9pm. I'm also waking up in the wee hours of the morning to go to the bathroom. A little nausea/upset tummy here and there but not consistent.
What do you think? I hate the bummed feeling you get from a negative HPT. If I did O the day I think I did that today I would be 15dpo. I don't chart or anything else. I was going to start after I started my next round of Provera to bring on a period. Something told me not to take it yet. Is it crazy to HPT? Is it too early?
Not too early at all if you're 15dpo! I absolutely say TEST. A lot of us get the ovary pain during ovulation, so you definitely could've popped an egg at that time.

If you are 15dpo, then nope, especially if you use one of the more sensitive ones. Test! POAS! Good luck, and KUP!!

Answers Early Result (pretty much the same test as the one above, just WAY cheaper To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. ) Its in an orange and purple box.
If you have a Dollar Tree store in your area, you can pick up their "New Choice" pregnancy test, they are indeed a $1. They also are listed as 25iu sensitivity, but ancedotally are supposed to be much less, as in more sensitive than that.
Another one, lots of women lately have been getting early BFP's with are the Walmart Equate brand, early result, its the I I (two line type) blue dye. But BEWARE, these can also give nasty little evap lines that can freak you out. But some have gotten true BFP's even early than First Response.
Some say buy a digital, and you might to have as a back up to possibly confirm, but they are supposed to be much less sensitive than the ones above.

Great information - thanks so much! I'll pick up a test or two tonight and give it a shot tomorrow morning. Considering that I've been waking up at around 3am to use the restroom I could know VERY early tomorrow morning. HA! I'll try not to get TOO discouraged if it's a BFN - maybe wait another week and try again if the crazy BB pain and other symptoms don't got away.
Thanks for the well wishes. Very nervous esp. since my symptoms could be AF. I just FEEL strange. BB's have been tingling all day...
