I have a question. I was wondering if there is any way, besides going to the doctor and doing tests, to find out if I am ovulating.
Do you experience symptoms when you ovulate?
When I get AF she is very light, and lasts only a couple of days. It is very mucousy.
What do you guys think?

You can take your morning temp every day and try to determine it that way. You can check for cervical mucus and you can do OPK's. However even if all of these signs show you are ovulating you still may not be. You will have to talk to someone else about the temp thing. As for cervical mucus it is suppost to be watery or egg white around time of ovulation. (as for me when I didnt ovulate I had it frequently). The opks work for some and not others. If you have high level of LH in your system anyway the opk may always show a +. The best way to tell if it works is get a - prior to a + and then get a - again. That means it works. Getting af doesnt mean you are ovulating though. Hope this helps.

OPK is Ovulation Predictor Kit. And they don't work for some women with PCOS. Like I can't use them b/c I always get a positive b/c of elevated LH. Autumleaves forgot to mention also, on top of CM observation, you can monitor your cervix's texture and postion. It's what I've done, since like i said I can't use OPKs. good luck.

Tracking temperatures is a long process. The general idea, I think, is that your temps stay "average" throughout your cycle and spike right after you've ovulated. Take your temp first thing in the morning...before eating, brushing teeth, walking around. I keep a thermometer on my bedside table. When the alarm goes off I roll over and take my temp.
If your cycles are really irregular, this method doesn't help too much. I've tried this in the past with no luck, just lots of frustration. I'm thinking (hoping) my current treatment is working, that's why I've decided to try again.
Rena-LOL I had such a hard time with that durn positition and texture it doesnt do me any good to mention it. Because i sure cant explain it. The cycle I got pregnant my cervix was all over the place. I thought I was crazy. LOL
