Since my periods have returned, I ended up with PMDD (a very serve form of PMS) and ended up on prozac. I got a book called Natural solutions to PMS, I followed the plan in there & it's got rid of all my PMDD symptoms including making the period pain liveable, I have also lost over half a stone since starting this plan. She has a website http://www.marilynglenville.com/books/index.htm which also has information on a PCOS plan.
