I made this late night...

8 oz Fat-Free cottage cheese
8 oz Fat-Free cream cheese
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

I put in in the blender til smooth and chill- and WOW

Im a chocolate addict so i added in a soften sugar-free chocolate bar ( from Trader Joe's) to kick up the chocolate taste a bit more

And of of you can top it with a sugar-free whip cream

I have a stupid question. Do you just add the pudding mix powder or do you actually prepare the pudding and then add it? (told you it was a stupid question ) And I'm assuming you're supposed to use instant pudding, right?

I just threw the powder in with everything else...Once it's in the blender, it mixes up good!

By the way, it tastes great!

Just made it and it was really good. Definitely will be making it again. Thanks! And next time I will use the tip of adding in a SF chocolate bar
