It's been about 4 years since my last annual exam. I had pap done today and ever since I have been so sore and nauseaus. I also had 3 viles (sp?) of blood drawn for testing. I've been feeling bad ever since then. Is this normal? It's almost midnight and I left the dr. office at 4:45pm. I came home and ate dinner around 6:30, had terrible headache, took asprin and went to sleep, I was freezing cold. I got up two hours later sweating like crazy and still feeling nauseous, but headache is pretty much gone. Just wondering if feeling like this is normal after pap.

I've never had any of the symptoms you described, no heard of anyone having those symptoms after a pap or having blood drawn- atleast not for such an extended amount of time. It sounds to me like you were running a fever.

IMO call your Dr in the morning if your not feeling better, and possibly even call earlier you started feeling worse. I do sure hope you're feeling better!
