I've never had a problem with my cycles - always regular, if slightly heavy.

I'm now in my third month of Metformin and each month, my AF has been heavier. Today, I've had to change my sanitary towel every hour or so (sorry to be so graphic!)

So does Met make periods heavier??

I've noticed the same thing. I just assumed it was because I'd given birth, and things were going to work differently from now on. But it did coincide with starting Met, too. Who knows?

BTW, I overflowed today, and a coworker had to point it out to me (thank God it was BEFORE I went into the 3-hour meeting!). And that's definitely never happened before!
