Hi I am on the Sunshine Coast, I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS yet (saw the doctor yesterday) but have been displaying some symptoms over the years. I went and saw a really nice lady doctor in Tewantin yesterday who noted PCOS as a possibilty of some of the problems I am having before me even telling her that is what I suspected so I am hoping she is pretty informed. She is going to do me up a referral to a gyno at the Noosa Hopsital next week after she looks at some old scans of mine.
If you indeed do have PCOS you are gunna be so glad you found this place, it is an absolute Godsend. Good luck with it all and your cysters are always here to help. Read up as much as you can and ask any questions you have without embarassment or shame. and I'm glad your doc seems to know what she's talking about, a lot don't.
On a sidenote, I visited Noosa and Tewantin 4 months ago (gee it seems like 4 years now), it's a really beautiful place in the world. How lucky you are.

Ren, thank you, I love it too. It was taken at my cousins wedding and is just one of those photo's that turned out well. I loved being pregnant and I loved my belly.

Thank you Roses, this is a bit embarressing! (sorry Kells Bells) I have NEVER been compared to Antonia Kidman before, must be just that photo, I think the angle makes my nose look a bit pointy like hers or something. I am very flattered.
