Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been lurking since last week and decided it was time to say Hi
I have been diagnosed with PCOS last Tuesday. A lady from a forum I got to recommended this website.
I have been married since Oct 2004 and been TTC since January 2005. Was diagnosed with unexplained infertility Nov 2005. I wouldn't ovulate on my own. OB decided to start Clomid/Serophene. Finally ovulated with 200mg.
In August 2006, since I wasn't pregnant, OB decided to refer me to a RE. Saw the RE once in Nov 2006 and then last Tuesday with the results...
At least, I am happy to know what the problem is. I have been put on Metformin and on a low GI diet. Hopefully it will all work out. If I don't ovulate by April, Clomid/Serophene will be added.
Well this is a short story of the last 2 years of my life. I am sure I will meet a lot of wonderful women on this board.
