I too have a NPC question.

I had AF start on Nov. 17 and it went for about 3 weeks before my dr gave me Prometrium to stop it. On Dec. 14 it finally stopped, but then Dec 17 it started again and I bled until Dec. 24.

Ok, my question is how long should I wait before starting NPC?

(before the bleeding episode I hadn't had AF for 4 months and this AF came on its own)

Well, do you chart your temps? Do you ovulate on your own? I'd say if you don't ovulate to use the cream for 14 days, from cd15-28...then off again for 14, on again for 14...once AF seems "normal" and your cycles are evened out, you can try holding off on the NPC to see if you ovulate on your own!
