My dr prescribed Prometrium 200mg 1xdaily for 12 days. Well, I finished my last pill on the 11th. I still haven't started!!! I'm now waiting to start so that I can begin my 1st round of Clomid. Any suggestions? Has anyone else not started AF after taking Prometrium?

Dawn - I started a few days after my last pill. But I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to start. Good Luck!

YES! it can vary form 1-10 days if you have't started after the 10 days give your doctor a call that is what I was advised. And yes good luck.

AS of the 25th, I still haven't gotten AF. I called my Dr last Friday and I'm supposed to go in and get some type of shot. She told me what it was but I don't remember what. Any idea as to what kind of shot it could be? Thanks for the help. Still patiently waiting to begin 1st round of Clomid.
