Question another question

Hi,

Has anyone managed to get laser treatments on the NHS??? Have just been reading some US girl's email and she got re-imbursed. Does anyone know if there is any form of assistance in the UK if you have a confirmed medical condition??? Should be - but then again they still put VAT on tampons don't they as our wonderful (mainly male) politicans think they are a luxury item (although they have recently reduced the % rate I think).
