Can SPI make your temps go up? I'm on CD 8 and I've now had my second (for me) high temp since starting the SPI. These temps are almost where my post-O temps were last cycle.

I'm trying to work out whether they are due to SPI or maybe just my metabolism getting a bit faster in general (which would be nice). My acupuncturist is trying to get my temps up a bit higher, as she thinks they are too low. (I agree!)

So, has anyone else had a temp increase while taking SPI?

As you can see my temps dropped and leveled a bit when taking the spi .When taking clomid they usually rise.But then i can't even say that for this month cos they've been up and down a bit like one of them heart rate monitors.

If its up still tomorrow i'd just put it down to the spi.It should drop when you've finished it.
