SO, i've been hearing good things about Green Smoothies. Has anyone tried those? Long term or just incorporating them into your diet? I have been reading that there are MANY benefits to drinking these. Anyways I'm going to try incorporating them into my diet to see what happens. Also I purchased a Green Tea Body Bar from Sally's. Its a generic to Paul Mitchell's Green Tea Body Bar. Also I bought 100% green tea oil there too. I'll let everyone know if it works. Please let me know if you've tried any of these things.
I have less than 1 year to get SMEXY for the wedding..ahhh.
