Talking another thing to try

i went to the pharmacy 2day 2 buy a pg test (it was negative btw) and i was so focused on my pcos i thought i would visit the depilatory/hair removal aisle. I have tried nair for the face (nasty reaction there), waxing with a beauty salon style waxer (time consuming, messy and hard to do urself), nads which was like fighting some type of ectoplasmic goo seriously frustrating, cold strips which again irritate and miss lots of places.

So today I thought I would hedge my bets on something that looked good. I tried something called surgi cream extra gentle formula with a cucumber finishing balm. EUREKA!!!
It worked without the burning and irritation, it actually removed the hair on my lip and chin on the first try and the balm is very non greasy and is actually soothing.

has anyone else tried this before? If you are frustrated like i was, it might be worth trying.

oooh, I hope this isn't one of those UK-only things!

Your battles with various products sounds like mine. I'm going to have to check this out!

thanks for the tip.

Actually I think it will be the other way around. I think is one of those flukes where I have found a shop with a miniscule stock of some american products. I am pretty sure that this product is american.

There was a website on the box it is www.aiibeauty.com, try it out and see what you can find out. I just hope I will be able to find more of this stuff. It is 24hrs later now and NO IRRITATION whatsoever. I get scabs and red raw patches on my chin from trying to tweeze stray hairs, this stuff is a god send.

Best of luck finding it, I am sure that you can though as I said it is an american product I am quite sure.

Thanks. I'm making a pilgrammage to the drug store tomorrow. Even if it is a UK thing, my sister lives in London, so I have a hook up.

If it's american and not available in Canada, then I may have to rely on one of the cysters here.
