Question Another ? for Vitex users

This was my first cycle taking Vitex (450mg). AF usually arrives between CD45-50. This time it was CD62. By looking at my chart I don't think I O 'ed and AF came without warning. I had no PMS symptoms what so ever. I am now on CD5 and it appears that the wicked witch has stopped but I am starting to have cramps. I feel as if she is coming back for a visit. Has anyone else experienced this while taking Vitex?

Not sure how to add my chart but here is the link, hope it works.
