IS there anything I should know about mixing the two?

Hi Nicole! I take 500 mg of Met two times per day, plus 100 mg of Zoloft one time per day. I have not experienced any side effects that I am aware of, but I never take them at the same time. I take my Met with breakfast and with dinner, and my Zoloft with lunch. I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but I just feel better doing it that way. Last night I forgot to take my vitamins in the afternoon, so I figured I would just take them with my dinner and my evening Met, and sure enough, I woke up in the middle of the night with an upset tummy. So, I always figure the less my tummy has to process at once, the better!

I take 1500 mg of met (will bump to 2000 mg in a week) and I currently take 150 mg of Zoloft and have had no problems. I take my evening dose of met and my Zoloft at the same time. I have only been on met for two and a half months and the Zoloft for seven months.

Good Luck to you!

I take one Effexor XR every day (75 mg), and I haven't experienced any side effects with my Met dosage (850 mg/2x a day).

I take 1350mg of Met and 40mg of Celexa and I haven't had any problems, and I didn't have a problem with Met and Amitriptyline either.
