Oh dear, poor you, I was sick every day until 17 weeks, but then one day just stopped. Hope the meds stop you feeling sick soon.

Aw Cazza - it's no fun, eh? With one of my babies I had hyperemesis (sick all the time) it did eventually end, but not for months. I actually lost weight during the pregnancy, which was pretty cool ;0) (Especially as all I could eat for months was ginger biscuits and chocolate)... Although that pregnancy was the one with the fattest baby - he weighed in at over 8lb - all my others 5 or 6lb odd. Which proves that the baby is the last one to miss out on nutrients if you have hyperemsis! So don't worry! That was also the baby that stayed in an extra 3 weeks at the end - and afterwards, I thought maybe it was a really good sign feeling so ill for so long - high hormone levels? My premature baby (born nearly a month early) was a terrible pregnancy, where I had kidney problems so felt ill because of that. But in terms of pregnancy sickness - felt vaguely sick, one morning. And that was it for the whole pregnancy - also I bled throughout that one so afterwards I wondered if the sickness isn't a really positive sign as when it's not there, the pregnancy can be dodgier.

But with all my other pregnancies I had minimal or no sickness. I thought if the real throw up one had been my first kid, I'd truly never have had any more!

I did find the ginger helped (crystallized ginger is nice but heavy on the sugar!) - esp those organic biscuits made with stemp ginger you get in Tescos. And also plain old mint tea.
