Default anti-sperm antibodies

Anyone have any more info on this? DH went for another SA and we found out today that he is positive for this. Motility and count were fine, HOS was normal, but about 70% of the "swimmers" have this antibody. Now I am just worried that we will have to do more invasive IVF instead of IUI to get preggers and we can't afford to do that. any info would be appreciated. Anyone affected by this?

I found that too and printed it out for DH. Spoke with Dr today and we are doing the post-coital test on 4/5/08 to make sure it is only him and not me too. (god, I hope not!) We've been through so much already. We will find out what to do after that.

My DH has sperm-antibodies as well. He calls it the "Pac-Man Disease". :-)
They "washed" his sperm before they did the IUI. It really is called "washing". The IUI resulted in a successful pregnancy. So, don't worry too much. Just one more hurdle to get over. Good luck with everything.
