Default Antisperm antibodies treatments - Anyone?

Not sure where to post this question, so I will try here. first a little history - my DH has type 2 diabetes and I have PCOS. Been ttc for 6 1/2 years after getting pregnant naturally. (had a m/c at 4 weeks.) I am not diabetic but have been on/off/on metformin for 6 years. DH been on Glucophage for 9 years. I need to lose weight and DH could lose 30 lbs, but otherwise we are both healthy.

Now for question - we found out this year that DH has antisperm antibodies in semen and I've done several IUIs with sperm washing and no BFP. I've done some research and other than a vericocele or steriods, is there any way to improve or lower the antisperm antibodies through diet or some other method? We have not ruled out vericocele and I am not sure he would want to take the risk of a hip fracture due to the steriods.

Any input would be great.
