My diet has helped a lot with that, to my surprise. I think a lot of it is hormonal, but I think some of it is related to anxiety over diet. I mean, knowing I shouldn't eat that Snickers, and feeling bad because I did it anyway. Now that I'm on the IR Diet I don't feel bad at all about that Snickers. As long as I'm getting enough protein with it, I'm fine. Sure, it's not the most nutritious thing going, but as least I'm not breaking my diet by eating it. I still have anxiety, but the anxiety over food is mostly gone.
Have you tried journaling? In my most stressful times, I find that it helps just to vent into a book. It really helps me to focus my thoughts and come up with solutions. It's more constructive than just worrying about it. It's like talking to someone about your problems, only you don't have to worry about being judged.
