 anxiety/depression/tranquilizers?
Hey everyone,
Ever since I have started taking any type of birth control my anxiety and depression have been very highly elevated and have been causing problems at home. Does any one else have anxiety or depression as a result of taking the Pill? and is anyone on anti-depressants or tranquilizers? My therapist did say she didn't want me overmedicating myself due to side effects from birth control but it has been getting serious and I can't handle it anymore. I HATE living like this and I would just like to know that I'm not alone.
I'm working on losing weight and have been told by my new gyno that once I start to slim down that my symptoms will reverse themselves. Weight loss doesn't happen overnight so I need to be able to deal with my depression and anxiety while it's happening. Any suggestions? |
