The herbal store in the next town over is having someone come next week--I don't know if he is an herbalist or what--but he will do a "saliva" test and a "urine" test for $35. He is then supposed to be able to tell me what herbs I need and what kind of foods I should eat.

I made an appointment. Any advice on what to do beforehand or what to watch out for? I'm not a sucker-he won't talk me into any kind of expensive program or diet plan.I was just wondering if these tests are legit and if they are worth the cost.

They said not to eat or drink for one hour before the test. Any one else done this and any other advice for good results?
