Default Any good crackers?

Does anyone know of any good crackers that are low in calories? I am doing WW and want some with not many ponts. The more I can eat for less points would be great!

Default Crackers

0ne you might want to try is Wheat Thins. They make a whole grain cracker now and it's really good. At least I think it is.

What about whole wheat melba toast instead of crackers? They satisfy the crunch craving, but aren't loaded with fat and salt.

What about triscuits? I know they are whole wheat; you may not be able to eat too many; but they taste really good and you can get ones that are low is salt.

Default Another Suggestion

In the book about "The Biggest Loser," they mention eating wasa bread. I haven't bought any yet but it looks like crackers, not bread.

I love Wasa "Bread". It is a cracker but its a big ole rectangular one. I eat one with sf pb or you can put other spreads of yuor choice or meat and cheese. It satisfies my cracker urge, full of whole grain and other good stuff, 11 carbs, like 4 proteins for a slice, maybe 35-45 calories a cracker.
