I'm looking to purchase a book on PCOS to help with my nutrition and was wondering if any of you had any suggestions. Most of the books have such mixed reviews, that I don't know which one to go with. I am not overweight, but I am looking to improve my overall health and hopefully relieve some of my PCOS symptoms through diet- hirutism, acne, oily skin. I will continue taking my fertility meds until I see that bfp, but I figure whatever I could do with my diet to help, all the better. I have that book and like it. It has some sample menus in it that are helpful.

I have the first book - It is very helpful and reader-friendly.
I took it to my RE to show him that I bought it and it was funny... he rattled off the author's name and "yeah, i know him.." lol! I think my RE knows everyone in the field... heh! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
