Red face Any info- I'll take it :)

I'm a 26 year old who just realized I probably have PCOS. My mother has several of the symptoms and I am seeing I do as well. She has Type 1 Diabetes and is overweight and has sebborhic dermatitis. I'm most worried about developing Diabetes like problems.

I'm looking for some tips on natural ways of dealing with the sympotoms of PCOS I'm most annoyed with: my weight and my sebborhic dermatitison my scalp and face. I'm also a little concerned with the fact that I haven't had a period in 212 days and there's no way I could be pregnant (except an immaculate conception ) I'm not worried about fertility issues, but I am concerned about cancer(?). Are there other things to worry about?

A little history:

I started getting painful periods when I was 14 or 15 and they continued to get worse and worse. Ibuprofen stopped working. Two 220mg naproxen an hour stopped working. My pediatrician told me to take as much as was needed to stop the pain which had caused me pass out a few times. I was up to 10 220mg naproxen and some ibprofen an hour when I finally got to see an OBGYN.

He put me on Desogen and gave me 550 mg naproxen, which I was taking two an hour the first day for the next couple years, until I trusted my body enough to go without so much. My periods had gotten so regular I could predict the hour of the day I'd get it, and it wasn't a lot of bleeding. No more preparing for surprises.

I did gain weight, which I thought was the pill but I can see now that it could have been the PCOS. After a few years I started having an active lifestyle and went from 150 to 135 in a year. Now I'm back up to 145 on account of my stuffing my face with sweets this summer at camp, but I'm working on limiting my intake and increasing my activity output.

I also had to deal with the sebborhea. At first I thought it was dry skin, but reading up on it, I saw that it was actually OILY skin where yeast was growing out of control and irritating. I started washing my face frequently and have taken care of most of it on my face, but my scalp still has issues.

Everything was fine, I just started not being able to afford the perscription (and I have no health insurance now) and thinking about wanting to be open to pregnancy if I were to get married. I also thought maybe my body could have outgrown the issues. So I stopped. And so did my periods.

I haven't had a period since April, and am feeling fine... I was always worried that I would get stranded without pain killers ... but am concerned about how bad it could be for me internally in the long run.

And as stated before, I'm looking for natural ways to address my weight and my skin, and my horemones. If I eat soybeans, will that help? I've heard they have estrogen in them...
