as for the diet crap, more fibre less fat, well thats what i was told anyways, and exercise till you're outta breath. basically a healthy lifestyle is the key to health

Default Ttc

Hi

I am based in Galway. I am currently trying to concieve for over a year now and it is very frustrating. Is anyone else on this thread ttc with PCOS? I have been diagnoised with PCOS-I have lots off small cysts on my right ovary in particular. I have regular periods and am ovulating. My blood tests after ovulation are appearing normal. The gyno I am seeing has me using NaproTechnology for charting my cycles:
Has anyone else tried this?

Its getting very frustrating esp. when all those around me are getting pregnant.

Good look to you with your 2 ww. I cannot even imagine how it must feel after 3 years off TTC. I am struggling with TTC for just over a year.

Whats frustrating for me is that I have extremely regular periods (24 - 29 days). My bloods are showing that I am ovuating well at least for the past 2 months since monitoring it. So there may be something else causing me the problems. I will be having internal scans this month to see whats going on starting just before I am due to ovulate cd10 and then during the remaining part off my cycle to check lining etc. The waiting is frustrating as I am sure you know.
