Talking any juice recommendations ??

Just wanted to know if anybody had any ideas for something to drink through out the day or even just with meals. I can't drink another glass of water or milk i will seriously lose my mind !! I really don't drink diet soda so I was hoping that someone knew of a juice they could recommend
Thanks

Are you Diabetic or Insulin Resistant or on a special diet? I drink a variety of 100% fruit juices even though I'm IR, but we also were given a juicer and tried apple carrot juice which is much better than it sounds and better for an IR diet than just fruit juices.

What juicer would you recommend? And does anyone know of a place to get a good juicer for cheap? My hubby and I are trying to stretch his paycheck as I have been w/o a job for 3 months, just started at a local craft store, but only have 9 hours between last week and this week.....

I think we had the Juiceman Junior and it worked really well, but it was expensive. I think my Mom had a cheaper one and it stopped working and IIRC we ended up giving ours to her. Always check Amazon for discounts. Also there are several chain stores going under and they might have juicers deeply discounted.

I drink fresh squeezed unsweetened grapefruit juice when I am looking for something different from water. That is maybe once every other day or two.

I didn't even think about that, I will see if any have good discounts! I couldn't believe it when my hubby told me last night that the local CUB grocery store was going out of business....sad day! Good food for cheap...oh well...

Hi!

I like Diet Cran-Grape from ocean spray. It has very little carbs and sugar. I still dilute it a little with water (to my taste) and use lots of ice. Very good, imo

I try to stay away from juice.(carbs/calories) I always take one of those flavored ice tea packets with me. Just put them in a bottle or glass. Viola, a nice low cal, low carb drink. I understand the water avoidance thing. I normally don't mind drinking water, but I moved and the water in this town is HORRIBLE.
