So lastnight during intercourse when my hubby was pushing I got shocking pains in my abdomen. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

starryeyes sometimes I do have pain. I never went to the doctor though I just thought it was because dh was thrusting too hard lol

Hola everone! I am also latina, well I have mexican roots. I was diagnosed in july of 2005 and am having some trouble with maintaining my weight. Any advise is helpful. Thanks!

Hola, I have mexican roots and the hardest thing about PCOS is trying to avoid carbs. I've discovered mexican food is mostly carbs.

Hey Latina cyster here. My parents are from Colombian and the hardest thing for me to let go of is "arroz"!!!! I can't live without my rice!!! Takes me all kinds of hard work to even lose 5 pounds (if I'm lucky). I feel ya cysters!

Also, my DBF and I couldn't have sex for awhile because it hurt too much when he even tried to put it in. We changed positions and now everything is fine! Perhaps it'll do the same for you.
