Default Any luck with Ovulex

Hi,
I just wanted to know if anyone has had any luck using Ovulex? I have been TTC for 3.5 yrs and took a break with trying. I was getting very depressed and stressed. I have been to a specialist. He put me on Clomid, glucaphage (?), and then shots. I have had IUIs with both the clomid and the shots. Nothing has worked for us so we decided to take some time off and start new. We were told our last thing to try was IVF and we can't afford it and it isn't covered by many insurances. My specialist doesn't think much about herbal medicines, but since the ones that he gave me didn't work I figured I would give these a try! Please let me know! Thank you and good luck to everyone.

Jackie, try a search of ovulex on the TTC forum. I know there were a few girls using it at one point over there (and I'm pretty sure one of them is preggo now).

Good luck!

Red face I've been on Ovulex

I'm new here..but i came across this as i was wandering around...I have been on Ovulex for almost 3 months and I'm not pregnant...but i can tell you that i am 28 days like clockwork now....that in itself is a miracle...prior to that i would be lucky to have a period on my own once a year.I'm in the same situation as you...I have done Clomid more times than i can remember(different doctors prior to being diagnosed) I have been seeing a fertility specialist at the Jones Institute that finally agreed that i had it. anyhoo....haha...I have done clomid and Timed intercourse 3 times with my specialist, Injectibles and TI 3 times, and Injectibles with IUI 5 times...NO success...last option is IVF and we can't afford it either.Back to ovulex...I am pretty confident that there is something to it...i have never had fertile quality mucous or anything and now i do...and like i said i'm 28 days like clockwork...it does take a bit to get into your system...but you really have nothing to lose...you get ur money back if it doesn't work.I say give it a try.I wish you lots of luck and everyone else on here as well Kim :0)

Welcome Kim

Sounds like ovulex may be doing something for you. Lots of hope for a pregnancy in the near future!

Ok, I was using Ovulex up untill my last O and am now PREGNANT!!

It sorted my cycle out, I was annovultory before starting it, and even though it didn't give me perfect 28 day cycles, but I did O like on day 21 for 4 months on the trot.

I was ready to give up with this cycle, I have a closed box of clomid in my room, which will remain that way.

So yes OVULEX worked for me.

Hello,
I'm new to this forum. I have also been thru the clomid pills and IUI's. I finally stopped taking clomid about 2 months ago and was on them for quite a while. I have been looking into ordering and taking OVULEX hoping it can help me. I don't have a problem with having a period every 28 days but have a problem ovulating. We have been trying for our second child for about 5 years now and nothing else has seemed to help. I'm hoping this will do the trick. Any advice?

Wow, where can you buy this stuff? It is called "Ovulex"? I need to ovulate too, for my sanity if nothing else, and Clomid isn't the answer indefinitely.

I have never heard of Ovulex until reading this so I am not sure if it works or not. I have also heard of Vitex which is another herb used for period problems. If you do try Ovulex and it works please let me know.
