I just had a baby in november. Just started taking yasmin.
I'm almost through with the pack, and i am still having period.
Any advice? I will be contacting my dr monday.

OMG.. this is not what I want to hear. My OB is having me take Yasmin to get rid of all the periods I have been having. I haven't started them yet though...

I'm on Yasmin (for, hm, five months-ish?) and my only problem is a tiny bit of spotting.

Tried Ortho-Tri, terrible terrible. Mircette saved my life. Then tried Yasmin which was OK but had some side effects.
Now I'm back on Kariva (generic Mircette) with a low dose of Spiro. Ten bucks a month and I'm in a deliciously good mood.
I took that quiz and I'm Curry Flavored, how cool is that?
I first started Yasmin in Aug. 2001....... By Feb. 2002 I had a very long AF Almost till May.... Doc put me on Ovcon 35 I haven't had a problem since.

I've been on Yasmin for almost 5 months. I haven't had a steady AF that lingered for months. In fact, I only have spotty periods for the last 2 or 3 days of the pack.
My cramps are really bad tho!!! And, I have a lot of soreness in my genitals and breasts a couple of days before my AF actually starts spotting. Anyone else have the soreness?

it took me a couple of months for everything to settle down, but now it has. hang in there...
i've found yasmin to be fantastic so far. not so brilliant with hair growth, but that i can deal with - maybe this part takes a bit longer and i'll see results, but so far with everything else it's helped enormously.

Just finished first cycle of Yasmin. I spotted throughout this month but nothing major, although I am not sure if that was due to the change over of BCP (from Dianette to Yasmin, as the first period on Yasmin is over and finished WITH no spotting! )

I've been on Yasmin for a week now and have had horrendously heavy AF that shows no sign of stopping. I am also passing big yucky clots and gushes of blood. This is definitely not an improvement.
