I am not at the point of testing yet, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if I end up with it. Of course it is more common in cysters than in the normal population, but even so, a lot of non-cysters even get it kind of randomly. My older sister is not PCOS, but somehow had GD in her second pregnancy but not her first or 3rd. And she is thin and has no glucose issues besides that. Sometimes it is just sporadic like that.
