I was just wondering if there any other ladies here from the Pacific Islands. I was born and raised on a tiny little island in the Mariana's chain called Guam.
I currently live in Kansas and I'll be here until end of this year, or the beginning of next year.
Hubby is in the Navy and is currently deployed to Iraq.
I'm looking forward to meeting some great ladies. It's a little hard fitting in around here.
I'm quite a mix of ethnicities...I've got a little bit of Filipina in me, quite a bit of Spanish, and some Chinese; the people of Guam are called Chamorus which is basically a mix of EVERYTHING!
I've got really fair skin, but dark hair and even darker eyes. So yeah...my hair and eyes messes it up for my skin.
DH is 3/4 Irish and 1/4 German. He says he might have a little bit of Native American in him from WAY back.
We were talking about TTC in about two years, and then I got diagnosed with PCOS a week ago today. So we're caught in a quite a tangle here, it's something to find out when he's deployed.
But we're keeping hopeful and I'm trying not to let myself get too down. I've been reading through some posts and you ladies here have got some real strength and determination. I hope I can learn from you all.
